In a world where everyone cries about their tablets dying, I come here weeping about the loss of a mechanical pencil that surely didn't cost more than $2.
Yesterday I lost both my most powerful tools, my mechanical pencil and my eraser.
It was thin and black, very stylish, light, felt comfortable in my hand... and it made me look so pro.
Some time ago, I used to loose mechanical pencils every month or so, this one, I'd had it for about 3 years, and I had stolen it from my brother, so you know how important it was to me.
I don't give a shit about the eraser, because it was going to die anyways, but the mechanical pencil... he was supposed to be with me, we were supposed to do the rest of the MEME drawings together, draw Marcy's comic, we'd gone through so much... so many Technical Drawing assigments, so many illustrations, so many exams and 5 classes of Japanese.
I'll miss you forever, mechanical pencil...
I'll go buy another one tomorrow.
